Delivery： The ordering process was not as expected. After ordering 20 Eve 280 V3 cells I was later contacted by SOEC to pay an additional fee due to some clerical error. The sum was not significant so to ensure a good busienss relationship I paid the extra sum. It was in fact as I later found out a ploy for the vendor to get around the Alibaba shipping time gaurantee. SOEC then used someone else's order tracking in my country and tied it to my orginal order. Then on the addtional fee which alibaba treats as an additonal order to the main order they actually tracked this one. What really upset me was when the fake tracking tied to my orginal order was delivered, I started to received all the automated Alibaba e-mails to rate my satisfaction which was insane as it was never really my order tracking. I was very worried at this point that I would never get my order so I put in a complaint with Alibaba about what SOEC was doing. I finally did get my shipment but will never order from SOEC.
